Cancel Policy

1. Unshipped orders: You can contact customer service to apply for cancellation within 24 hours after placing the order. A full refund will be processed upon approval.

2. Shipped orders: Cancellation is not allowed directly; shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

3.Customized products (such as embroidered/engraved golf club covers): Cancellation and returns/exchanges are not supported after placing the order.
