Delivery Process

After your order is shipped, we will send you an email notification containing tracking details. You can use this information to track your order progress and learn about the estimated delivery time. Upon receiving your order, we will process and arrange shipping as soon as possible. The order processing time is approximately 1-3 business days, depending on the quantity of in-stock items and restocking cycles.

Order delivery time = Order processing time + shipping time

For example, if you order a set of golf club covers, it will take 1-3 business days for processing and 7-8 business days for shipping. Therefore, you can expect to receive the product within 8-11 business days.

Note: Some orders may experience shipping delays! Due to holidays or website promotional activities, certain products may see a surge in short-term sales, leading to shipping delays caused by insufficient inventory. International shipping

• We offer global delivery, except for the following countries.

• Thailand, India, Brazil, Mexico, Dominica, Réunion, Iraq, Mozambique, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Panama, Maldives, Ecuador, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Palau, Turks and Caicos Islands, Seychelles, Mauritius, Trinidad and Tobago, Zambia, Côte d'Ivoire.

Taxes and fees

• Except for the United States, some countries/regions have already collected a 10% tax at checkout, so the courier company no longer charges customers.

• (For example, the United Kingdom and the 27 EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Sweden, and Estonia) Except for the above countries, other regions may need to pay import taxes, customs duties, and related customs fees. Please note: Voyzis is not liable for delivery failures caused by customer negligence. Negligence includes but is not limited to refusing to confirm receipt and incorrect recipient information (such as address, contact phone number, or recipient name). Loss of goods due to such situations will result in no refund being issued to you. Refund Policy

If you receive any damaged or defective products, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve this issue and ensure you receive a replacement product or a refund.
