Refund Policy
- Eligibility Period: Refund requests meeting the criteria are accepted within 30 days of product delivery. No refund requests will be processed after this 30-day period.
- Refund Qualifications: The product must be unused and undamaged, with its original packaging, accessories (including number tags, fasteners, etc.), and brand labels intact—all in a condition that does not affect resale. For refund requests due to quality issues (e.g., fabric splitting, stitching coming undone, functional failures), clear photos or videos of the defects must be provided as evidence.
- Non-Refundable Cases: Custom-patterned club covers and clearance items are not eligible for non-reason refunds. Refunds will not be granted for damage caused by improper personal use (e.g., violent pulling, contact with sharp objects), or for products that have been used or whose packaging is missing (rendering them unfit for resale).
- Shipping Fee Notes: For refunds resulting from merchant-related issues (e.g., quality problems, incorrect delivery), round-trip shipping costs will be borne by us. For refunds due to buyer-related reasons (e.g., personal aesthetic preferences, incorrect size selection), the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Refund Timing: After receiving the returned product and completing quality inspection, we will initiate the refund process within 7 business days. Refunds will be returned via the original payment method, with the arrival time subject to the payment platform’s rules (typically 7–15 business days).
Warranty Service
- Warranty Period: All golf club covers come with a 1-month free warranty from the date of purchase, applicable only to the original buyer.
- Warranty Coverage: The warranty only applies to product quality defects under normal usage conditions, including non-human-induced damages such as natural fabric splitting, stitching detachment, failure of functional components (e.g., magnetic fasteners/Velcro), and falling-off embroidered logos.
- Non-Covered Cases: The warranty does not cover wear and tear or scratches from normal use; damages caused by human factors (e.g., tearing, modification, contact with corrosive substances); damages from accidental collisions or improper transportation; products beyond the warranty period; or cases where valid proof of purchase (order screenshot or invoice) cannot be provided.
- Warranty Process: Upon discovering a quality issue, contact customer service via the store backend or email, providing your order number, photos/videos of the product defect, and a description of the usage scenario. Customer service will verify and process your request within 24 hours. If the issue is confirmed to be covered by the warranty, we will offer solutions such as free repair, replacement of parts, or direct replacement with a new product. We will bear the shipping costs for repaired or replaced items.

- Prior to applying for a refund or warranty service, you must contact customer service to obtain authorization. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any products returned without prior authorization.
